Pink Velvet CakePops

Have you heard of cakepops? No!! How about lollipops or Chupa Chup!! Its similar except for it is made from cakes. I tasted the first cakepops from Paper & Toast made by Warren. It was very nice and brilliantly done. At first, i have no intention to make this cakepops, my early intention that week was to make Pink Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting, but the cuppies turned out to have dense cakey texture, i blamed the flour and cold butter, to make things worst, i even spill the pink colouring on the floor!! Damn u cupcakes!!

So to avoid frustration, i mashed the cakes and turned them into cakepops(takes longer time to make this than normal cupcakes) and brought it to the office and they like it soo much, some even takes two!! its like a fairytale, happy ending!! i feel like a princess(quoting a parody about Memoir of a Geisha in Youtube)
