My Experiment in making Bread & Buns

On Sunday, i was determine to make bread, so i ended up wokeup early on that day since i need at least 4-5 hours to finish this whole process. It was pretty tiring and to add salt to the wounds, my hand mixer broke!! damn u hand mixer, only serve me for a month and dah rosak. I was frustrated, but it did not deter my spirit to make the bread. So apa lagi? i used my strong right hand to make the dough, to punch it, to roll it!!

luckily, it turned out great and i'm in love with the turkey ham with cheese bun!! it was awesome!!

so gonna do it again next time =)
