Hahaha...finally i started my baking with this Caramel Cheesecakes since i know this is my cup of tea, i started to make it around 5 years ago after i tasted the Caramel Cheesecake from Secret Recipe, so i googled on how to make a cheesecake and how to make a perfect caramel sauce (i had to make the caramel sauce for few times due to its fragile easily burnt texture). I actually reduced the caramel since i believe too sweet texture will actually reduce the cheesecake flavor!! What is the purpose of making cheesecake when you can only taste the sugar right!! The cheese cream is rich and it melts in your mouth!! Its not yout typical very cakey extra soft cheesecakes that u normally had (they cheated on u by added heavy cream, trust me i know!! LOL)
