My Experiment in making Bread & Buns

On Sunday, i was determine to make bread, so i ended up wokeup early on that day since i need at least 4-5 hours to finish this whole process. It was pretty tiring and to add salt to the wounds, my hand mixer broke!! damn u hand mixer, only serve me for a month and dah rosak. I was frustrated, but it did not deter my spirit to make the bread. So apa lagi? i used my strong right hand to make the dough, to punch it, to roll it!!

luckily, it turned out great and i'm in love with the turkey ham with cheese bun!! it was awesome!!

so gonna do it again next time =)

Choc Walnut Brownies

This is actually not the 1st testing brownies, the first i actually gave to zakiah, felt bad for her since i was not satisfied with the first one!! its not thick enough and maybe a lil bit dry, so i gave to zakiah =) so the next day i decided to make this again, and increase the quantity of the stuffs and wallaaa....!! a far better brownie i guess, its moist and dense yet not too sweet.

Most of them like the not so sweet taste complimented with Dark Choc flavour! Sara said, she likes what i bake since all of them is not too sweet and just nice, making it 'tak muak'. so, what are you waiting for, take your phone and call us to place your booking.

Banana Almond Bread Butter Pudding

 

Happy Deepavali to all my Hindu friends, Aishwarya Rai and Amisha Patel. May the light festival brings all of us together. Feeling2 bollywood! Well I received this order from one of my constant orderer!! Kak Naqi seems to be attached to this bread and butter pudding, this is her 2nd order with me, we are very delighted to serve her.

This bread butter pudding is a delighful treats with decadence of almonds and bananas with hints of cinnamon!! it is among my best signature since its soft, fluffy and moist due to the waterbath baking method. This dessert comes with a choice of vanilla custard or chocolate custard sauce since banana goes well with chocolate.

Disclaimer : I do not provide the casserole ok!! (xcukup kaya nak kasi casserole skali), these casserole is given by Kak Naqi earlier, for normal order i will use aluminium baking tin. Or if u are living nearby wangsa maju, u can provide the casserole to me!!

The Not so Great Looking Rainbow Cake

I made this on sunday morning to cater for Zakiah's Father Birthday cake and farah's wedding cake, so i planned on making a butter rainbow cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh cream layer in the middle. but somehow i failed when it comes to the decoration. So i had to cancel the order with Zakiah, so sorry Zakiah, i dont want to risk spoiling the cake on ur dad's birthday.

So, today i brought the cake to the office but suprisingly Sara and Nadirah love it especially the frosting, its nice and not so sweet. Well to be fair, the taste is good except for presentation wise, i failed in icing the cake itself. So last night has been 'You Tube'ing on the perfect way to iced a cake. I've found it, and will try to do it again!
